As a part of the implementation team, you will perform a series of activities to ensure a positive impact on client’s safety performance and culture:
- Prepare your field sessions – document review, KPI and data analysis and detailed planification of the activities that will be conducted on site
- Train managers and frontline management onshore and offshore on various topics such as i.e. safety leadership posture, management routines, safety dialogues and risk awareness
- Coach various levels of line managers – from managing directors to front-line supervisors – on practical safety management tools such as safety dialogues, permit-to-work process, risk assessments, toolbox talks, etc. Coaching is hands on and conducted on the job
- Support to HSE specialists in developing their advisory competency and influencing skills
- Deliver workshops and problem-solving sessions on critical risks reduction
- Assist the client in change management – for effective communication, engagement and sustained results
- Coach the client for safety governance adjustment
- Report the progress of the implementation plan fulfillment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- + 5 years of experience as consultant and/or operations management in O&G (OPEX, maintenance, reliability, HSE)
- Experience working offshore, ideally in O&G
- Experience and/or appetite for operational risks management
- +1 year of experience working in remote locations such as i.e. Africa
- Fluent in English and French (both written and oral)
- Proven delivery track record for training sessions, coaching sessions, workshop animation
ASSIGNEMENT PARAMETERS
- Rotational basis of the trips – 2 to 3 weeks in the field per month + preparation and reporting time (~15…20 billable days per month)
- Assignment duration is 5 to 9 months
- Candidates shall be based in EMEA for logistics optimisation
- Offshore certificate is a plus.
